Checkout accepts the United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
References to Europe mean these supported countries. Please use a complete and accurate delivery address and contact us before ordering if your address is outside this list.
Estimated delivery
Estimated delivery is 35–50 calendar days from successful payment, including order preparation and transit. This is a long delivery period: please review it before paying. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. We will contact you using the details provided at checkout if a material delay affects your order.
If delivery has not arrived within the estimated period, contact us with your Stripe order reference. Your rights concerning delayed or undelivered goods remain in place. Where the law allows you to end the contract for non-delivery, we will refund you.
Shipping and customs
Standard shipping is £0. The displayed purchase price includes import duties and import taxes for the supported destinations. We arrange these charges; you do not need to pay additional import duties or import taxes to receive the order. Contact us if a carrier requests an import payment.
Receiving your parts
Installation is not included. If goods arrive damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order reference and, where practical, photographs so we can investigate. A request for photographs does not impose a shorter reporting deadline or remove your statutory rights. Read our returns and refunds policy for your remedies.
